Cancellation Policy

If you need to do so, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will be happy to assist you in rescheduling without any fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a nominal fee of 25% of the quoted job. You may reach us through the client portal, via phone, text, or email—whichever method is most convenient for you. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in contacting us within the 24-hour window, as it helps us maintain an efficient schedule for both you and our team. However, we understand that emergencies can occur. Please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.
